Local sensationalistic journalism at its worst. Over-zealous reporter creates a multi-part series harassing a local family because their apparently semi-retarded son was jerking off to porn at the local library. In the end he winds up making himself look like such a douchebag that the Daily Show starts making fun of him. Old news but still funny.
