Just read about this earlier today. I call bull. I highly doubt a concert hall wouldn't have proper ventilation for that sort of thing. Plus, she probably uses smoke machines in her act so everyone on her crew and herself should be used to it.

Fog machines don't blow out smoke. Brittney would NOT be used to pot smoke.
Crack smoke... maybe.
