We carry our asses with us every day and wipe them every now and then. As long as you're able to wash yourself the normal way, I wouldn't worry so much about the hygiene of anal sex. Have a pee and apply some soap and warm water.

I'd like to point out that because of the close proximity of the vagina and anus, they share a lot of the same nerve endings, which means if a guy is doing it right, it should feel good.
