So, uh .. question. Have any of you who are in relationships tried involving more romantic partners, as in threesomes or open relationships? And how did it affect your (main) relationship?
I know it now sounds like I've been trying to convince the old lady, but that's not the case. I've been very sceptical towards multiple partners and that has seemed to make sense from the point of view of my biological studies (especially for guys sharing their woman with other guys). When people on TV say that they are happy in open relationships, I wonder if they're really honest or if the drama's just not happened yet or if they're living in a fantasy.
So, tried it? Good idea or no?

I may be an old school prude, but I think a better name for this thread would be "Marital Arts".

I have been asked by ex boyfriends to do threesomes but have never considered it as a reality until now. I would consider doing a threesome ONCE with a girl and a guy but that is all. It certainly wouldn't be in the relationship that I know is forever, it needs to be with a guy that I'm not serious with. Which is usually the case. I generally want a guy (as a soul mate) to be prudish with that kind of stuff but great with experimenting in the bedroom, if that makes sense. It just requires a balance, but the respect needs to be there.
I do think open relationships are a fantasy, but won't deny that for some couples it would work. Communication would be crucial with that. I'd never be open to that though, it's either commit to me or feck off.

Who doesn't? I think I probably wandered around Australia for seven weeks with my mouth wide open. I've never been to New Zealand but I can imagine it's a similar deal.

Well honestly I don't think New Zealand girls are that attractive (obviously some are but not majority compared to Ukraine for example), but Australian guys are ridiculously sexy. I'm not sure about the ladies. Guys here are average too. But I find most Kiwi guys a right pain in the ass, and obsessed with Rugby which bores me to tears (sorry Urban!), yet I like Football (soccer).
