I completely feel for you, and wonder the same thing about myself. I've had numerous partners tell me that they'd never experienced anything like the orgasms I brought them to before yet I have never finished purely from sex and not even close from fellatio, despite the fact they've (usually) been excellent at both. It is baffling how I can last so long then seemingly go from aroused to "normal" in an instant.

Feeling pressure to perform, even if it's feeling pressure to finish, as opposed to just getting it up or maintaining it, would probably be the most common answer for people that experience this, I'd think.

It's sort of the opposite for me. I'm not saying I don't masturbate, but it's tough to work myself up to do it sometimes. I think it's because my imagination sucks in that I usually have to have a certain sense of realism to it, where I really have to feel like I'm experiencing it, which isn't really present when you're watching most porn. It's also possible that there's a certain romantic element to it as well. I don't think that can fully be the case, because I am not at all opposed to one-night stands, but I suppose there's a certain emotional aspect there as well, even if it's very minimal.
