I'm a girl but I'll still answer that question. Yes, a couple of times I have slept in the same bed with a platonic male friend, noticed that he was obviously hard (never saw anything because it was all under blankets), and didn't think anything of it because I already knew about the erections during the night thing.

Guys, if she is smart and knows that the body exercises EVERY reflex during the night during REM sleep, I don't think she will be offended or anything

Opposite for me. More sex I have with someone or myself the more I want. Which is cool because if I am not getting any then I can go quite long without even wanting to pleasure my self let alone find someone else.
