Not sure on your first question, but I'm not disparaging anyone with a fetish, more that he claims to have everything from lactation to boy fetishes for attention.

Lol, I don't believe having fetishes means you want attention, but he admitted to lying about them for attention. Fetishes probably do make sex more pleasurable for you if they are fulfilled, I don't really have any that I can think of off the top of my head!
