I assume ibeing circumcised generally decreases sexual pleasure because the penis helmet becomes less sensitive. It's important to remember that foreskins are something we evolved, so they do have function. It's not just a skin cap.

However, I am prepared to accept that compared to female circumcision, schlong cutting may be trivial.

I'm not intrinsically against cutting. If someone has phimosis or is incapable of cleaning properly when they shower it can be beneficial. Some people get circumcised when they're older because it reveals more of the head and increases sensitivity. I'm primarily against cutting children and babies for religious and cultural reasons because they have no choice in the subject. And that's a part of them. You wouldn't cut off someone's hand at 8 days old and say "it's fine, God told me to lol". I see it as no different. Certainly not as severe as female circumcision but still a disgusting tradition. Long term as well if you get the snip when you're a baby you'll be less sensitive due to being used to friction.

How do you figure this? The average non-cut penis has the head covered fully or partly by the foreskin except when it's erect. When you're not excited, the most sensitive part of the schlong is protected and when you are, it's not. Any concern about sensitivity tends to lean towards the notion that circumcision leads to desensitized schlongs. From Wikipedia's article on the subject :

I'm not cut, but when I was younger and my junk started growing, the skin literally was no longer able to fit over the head anymore, even flacid, not even half way. (Which I don't know if that's normal or not...) The head used to be sensitive as hell, but after a while, it having been exposed as though it was cut and constantly rubbing on my clothes, there was no longer any sensitivity.
Now days, the head has the same sensitivity as any other part of the top of my wang.

It's a weird scenario for me, because when I'm erect, it looks as though I'm cut.
And when I'm not, it's just like...wtf... not serving a purpose.

I think this may be normal. I'm not a guy, but a guy I've been with who is cut said he had to pull his skin back because like you said, "it didn't fit over the head". Because no one really explained to him, he thought it was weird, but since then I've talked to many guys who had to do this. The one I was with looked like he was cut when he was hard and when he was not hard, he looked uncircumcised. Is this not normal? I've been with three guys whose penises work like this ..
