The metaphorical mushrooms you're referring to don't eject intestinal bacteria. Point is wash ya bunny before ya lick the honey. Just like you would for a salad.
Though you probably should also wash real mushrooms as well. :U

Lol, I do use real mushrooms. I've never tried the ones that make you high! I love that saying hehe. It works for sexual favours too.

I used to worry when I was a child that little bugs would hide in broccoli so I always checked with my mom that they were washed.

You'd have to ask that specific woman. Maybe she wants to be fucked by other characters in Harry Potter. idk I can't give examples. I don't know the Potter universe but always talk out roles ahead of time obviously.
