When do YOU have money enough!!!
Hi everybody
Right now I`m having one of those days where I can`t get myself together to do anything I`m just lying on the couch watching tv…. I watched Dr. Phil but got bored, I watched some weird sitcom but got bored, but suddenly 5th gear started…. They were testing all kinds of luxary cars, and I was druling…….. It`s funny how we watch these programs about richdom, cars and houses, and dream of these things. But do they really mean anything compared to a good health??? I had a friend who died a in a car accident 2 years ago, and I`ll bet his family could tell you what means the most. Then you see all these people starving in parts of the world while some hollywood freak just bought 20 new cars. I think we`re strange…. If you had 50 million dollars, then dont you have enough? Why not give 20 million to a good cause? You will never miss them. When is it enough? Read the full blog post at my blog -2ean.com/blog

And I think that's a fundamental flaw with how we approach life. If it's never enough, and you're always chasing something else, satisfaction and peace never come. Then that just drives the need for even more because I think a lot of us are under the impression that these things are going to bring us what we're looking for when they're not.

this thing you speak of "never being enough" is the main cause of progression across the world. I agree, health is wealth amongst all things... but while you are healthy you need to plan and prepare for the days that you aren't... sitting back and being satisfied usually isn't what generates income and being overall happy with oneself. I also agree if somebody has an amount of money that is well over their means then they should donate or give some of that money away to those who may need it. I know of many people that clutch onto that money like their going to be taking it with them on the other side... silly fools. Before I drop dead I would hope the majority of my money is either set aside for loved ones OR spent from me enjoying myself in this lifetime.
Watching those "rich people" shows is a reminder to the middle class at what they can have if they... A) hit the lottery B) invent something the world has a demand for C) inherit a fortune D) get rich from working hard (not likely, unless you're the boss). E) buy and sell property (a realistic approach) F) get lucky in the stock market (also, not likely) G) Steal from somebody (or multiple people) anyone have an "H" to add... go for it.

There could never be enough money for me. I could be a millionaire and it would have to be pretty endless to satisfy me. I would give, give, and give some more to my family and friends, to people in need that are in my own country and do what I can for people that live else where. There would never be enough.
OH and I can't forget the big ass house I would have along with my farm of all my favorite animals and... Of course I would also open a no kill animal shelter.. I'm just that awesome. |

I'm pretty sure I only need enough money to buy:
-Mansion -Beach house -Several cars -Bank account specifically for beer money -Bank account with enough money to cover everything else, for the rest of my life. After that, then all I gotta do is buy love.

Bill Gates has said in an interview that he really, really likes his job.
I mean, Tim Wakefield (of the Red Sox) has a repeating team option of 5mil, but he doesn't retire. He doesn't do it for money either. He enjoys playing baseball. |

Money IMO is like a virus that infects a person until they are addicted to it and they either are consumed by it, die, or they lose everything a la Michael Vick or Mike Tyson...so what is too much depends on many factors...do you come from money, did your parents instill values in you that make you treat it wisely...i say more money, more problems...but I come from money so that is easy for me to say and although I live modestly I have never really been broke or worried where my next meal is coming from...Note: I still play the lottery twice a week.
