naw. I didn't even really consider applying at all, it's a traditional male job (with the minor exception of swim at one point).

Considering one of the first mods and admin was jibber (who has vagina) it's not exactly traditionally a male job. There's just more males than female regulars so the scales are tipped in the favor of male populace of the forum. Swim wasn't the only female moderator we've had.
