Just did some checking up, seems they brought the show back in 2001 and ran until 2003, so I'm guessing that's when those characters were introduced. I only ever watched the first run in the '90's. I may have to go back and check out these new episodes.

Ah Rob Liefeld, you fucking hack. The image on the left is his, the image on the right is the work someone has done to showcase just how absurd his views on the human anatomy are. Think his men are awkward, just look at her.

I'm pretty certain they were in the original run when I used to watch it, I can remember one episode in particular where they were in it.
