lol @ people who think bands can't be popular if they aren't on pop radio.
I'm not saying Fugazi are "mainstream" but they're easily one of the most popular post-hardcore band, and on a website called MUSIC banter I would expect 99% (bc Chula) of members to know who they are.

At what point has post-hardcore ever been popular with anyone but music nerds? That is my point. Those are not popular albums. Those are popular albums for niche music fans.

The last album Fugazi released (The Arguement, in 2001) charted at #6 on the independent charts in the US. I would argue they were popular during their time.
