Spiders get a bad rap, and ever since I stopped killing them or relocating them I've noticed the fly population in my house has dropped dramatically.

I have no deal with insects. If they are in my house, they get the tissue treatment.

If they're freaky looking, I just try and go in a different room for as long as I think it would take for them to go back to their dark hiding place. I don't really kill anything except mosquitoes if they try and bite me.

If it's a web spider, I don't care, they kill other bugs, so they get a pass. If it's a hunting spider though, then it dies. I'll be a little girl about it, but if I have to stand across the room and hurl a shoe at it to kill it, then that's what I gotta do.

The funniest part for me is that's the exact response I'd get from my wife if I mentioned those bands to her. Still crazy about her anyway though. :)
