Should I point out when your jokes aren't funny? My post count could use a couple thousand extra posts.

Every single one of my jokes is funny.
This is an undeniable fact, ratified by the Smithsonian.
Hold on: have I just slipped into an alternate dimension? This ISN'T the one where doughnuts rain down out of the sky and John Cage works as a barman? Crap! How do I get back to my own dimension? Anyone know how to make nuclear fuel rods??? :yikes:

Frownland 06-29-2015 05:38 AM

Make that one.

As the discussion continues I think I have to remind some of you, there is no single thing that is universally funny.
Of course you can get offended and fight over this, but is it really worth it ? Come on.

Frownland 06-29-2015 06:16 AM

No, comedy is about sticking to the norm and never taking risks. It's also entirely objective.

Indeed. The only thing that is objectively funny is criticizing someone's sense of humor until they become defensive and bitchy.

Well I mean, come on, why listen to music when you could listen to Dishwalla instead?

Damn. At first I thought you were referencing some super experimental thing that I would listen to, but Google crushed my hopes and dreams.

Btw get your lazy ass reviewing those albums you'll probably hate.

I was just looking at bad reviews for Dishwalla on RYM, cause they're good for lulz sometimes, and I read what is either the most unintentionally hilarious good review I've ever seen, or a bad review that borders on art.

Check out "Charlie Brown's Parents".

Of course, I've been listening to a bunch of Laibach this morning, so my irony detector might be jumping at shadows, but come on... "pearljammer9" for ****'s sake!
