What's the difference between taking a picture of yourself and having someone else take it for you? I just don't get the selfie hate except for the fact that selfie is a stupid word.

I was taking selfies long before it was a thing. But so was a lot of people. Really it's just a ****ing lame word to call self portraits.

I remove all pictures of my face about two weeks after posting them. That one wasn't a selfie; it was a self-timer thing with a digital camera.
