Other than being a terrible person, I think it's funny because people have this condescending view of the mentally retarded as being these lovable little puppies who just want to drink chocolate milk and be inspiring, in a "He should be completely useless to society, but he still works a dead end job everyday just cause he wants to be like everybody else!" kinda way. And then you see that dude, who either has a gloriously ****ed up sense of humor, that isn't comprised solely of quoting Scooby Doo, or is just a bigot. I like to think that all of those people who pat themselves on the back for being supportive of the mentally retarded by talking to them like they're small children, get a little dose of reality with that pic.
