Banana Ice Cream (breakfast) - I've been consistenly eating variations of this for the past week or so. Packed full of nutrients and delicious.
![]() In Ninja/Food processor: 1. Freeze peeled bananas over night. Slice and add. 2. Add a drizzle of molasses, 1 tbl spoon chunky peanut butter, 2 tbl spoon of chia seeds, handful of walnuts, and a 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries. 3. Blend to smooth consistency. 4. Top with granola or your favorite crunchy cereal (Kashi Crunch for me). |
