Used my spiralizer for the first time tonight on a zucchini... Mixed it in a bowl with some olive oil, salt, pepper than fried it in a pan with a small amount of roasted red peppers. Came out pretty tasty, loved the texture.

Take some chestnut mushrooms, fry them in butter, add a little paprika, and serve them on toast. Delicious.

Does anyone have any easy techniques on how to mash potatoes without a masher/food processor?

Peel 'em, boil 'em, chuck 'em in a bowl and use a fork to mash 'em. simple. :)
