Used my spiralizer for the first time tonight on a zucchini... Mixed it in a bowl with some olive oil, salt, pepper than fried it in a pan with a small amount of roasted red peppers. Came out pretty tasty, loved the texture.

Have you tried any of these sauces? I can't find it in England anywhere, relying on family members when they go back to Belize :(

Costs a bomb trying to buy online.

Only do this a couple of times a year so it won't get old.

1" Thick bone in pork chops brined for 12 hours in vegetable broth, with salt, brown sugar, and lots of peppercorns.

Line the bottom of the slow cooker with dried apple slices.

Seared chops added.

Caramelized onions with chicken broth and thyme tops it off. Six hours from now it's taste bud Nirvana!

Take some chestnut mushrooms, fry them in butter, add a little paprika, and serve them on toast. Delicious.

Try haggis if you can lads.

I just had it for my tea, it is delicious. Not a million miles off from faggots.

Top stuff, big up Scotland.

Does anyone have any easy techniques on how to mash potatoes without a masher/food processor?

Mr. Charlie 10-14-2015 07:26 AM

Peel 'em, boil 'em, chuck 'em in a bowl and use a fork to mash 'em. simple. :)
