Farmer John's maple. Really sealed the deal.

Ever tried making your own? So easy.
Ground pork + S&P + Fennel Seed + any combination of crushed red pepper, maple syrup, onion, Italian seasonings, bell pepper, etc. = BANG! Sausage. Fried as patties with a nice crust is even better than the tube/casing version.

I make my food like I make my music. No paper or structure.

Not talking food. Just an ingredient. So you disdain structure yet you succumb to this?

Ones pretty easy. I usually don't eat sausage solo so I guess it's not all that worth it.

One's*
Haven't a clue what you're on about. A pound of pork would give you a weeks worth of meals if you weren't so lazy about it. And home made is way less fat and calories if you use the 99% lean ****.

So since tomorrow is my only day off this week, and my boss, one of our cashiers, and my birthday all fall from 8.29-8.3 and just so happens that
the three of us are actually quite close and all horror fanatics, I am making us a blood soaked severed finger cake, right now my peppermint candy glass is hardening, and I need to build the cake stand before I can do day of the dead marshmallow skulls. Its gonna be a long night. Pics to follow. OH **** HAPPY BIRTHDAY PLANK!
