Extremely hot cast iron skillet with a bit of olive oil.
Gotta love the crust. Pop them in the oven for a few just to finish things off. Tent for at least 5 minutes before cutting. You know you want a bite.

Quick one.
It's a pork vindaloo. Used the full amount of chillies in the recipe, added some garam masala (this is an excellent weapon to add to your curry making arsenal), was really good. Toasted chapatis for scooping up curry from the balti dish >>> |

I just made some fresh chicken stock adding herbs from my garden. I think I'll use it for gluten-free chicken'n'dumplins either tonight or tomorrow... Would make a nice "photoshoot"... Not sure how to post pictures from my iPhone onto threads however??
Anyone, anyone? |

One stoned and hungover Frownland made an omelette with mushrooms, onions, garlic, spinach, bell peppers, sausage, shredded cheese, and havarti into an egg scramble with mushrooms, onions, garlic, spinach, bell peppers, sausage, shredded cheese, and havarti due to his impatience. It was quite delicious.
