It's called 'Toad In The Hole'. It is a traditional English dish.

It's basically a really big Yorkshire pudding cooked with sausages inside it. I used Lincolnshire sausages as they are my favourite. Just need to make the pudding batter (I added chicken stock to mine) but it is quite hard to cook it.

Onion gravy with Lea & Perrins and granules heated in a pan until the onions are very soft.

Really good. First time I've ever actually had toad in the hole.
