Did a simple basic Chicken bake yesterday.
4 large boneless chicken breasts 1/2 cup of CO Mushroom soup 1/2 cup white wine shredded cheddar 1 box of stuffing pepper garlic powder 1/2 cup of butter I marinated the chicken in the wine, with liberal garlic salt and pepper for a few hours. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish, mix the marinade and mushroom soup (I heated the mixture in the microwave about a minute to combine better) and pour over the chicken, then sprinkle the cheese over each chicken, then the stuffing around the chicken, then sprinkle the butter (pieces, or pats) over everything. Bake covered with plastic wrap and foil at 350F for 45-60 minutes, depending on size of breasts. The recipe calls for 60 minutes, but could have done better at about 45 minutes. I served it with a romaine/mushroom/cherry tomato salad. Sunday afternoon dinner.

Anybody got any suggestions what I can do with some ginger? I don't want to go to Michelin star lengths (20/30 mins preparation) but if it requires one or two other ingredients that's fine.
I was going to make some sort of green tea with it. Any good? Crocodile meat looks excellent, I've seen people eating it on survival programs, and the tail meat looks so tasty. |
