I've been hooked on a really simple and delicious sandwich lately:

Two slices of Whole Wheat bread
Two slices of Muenster Cheese
Relevant amounts of Ham
Sliced Half of Avocado

really tasty stuff

That sounds delicious! I'll have to make one once I have avocado soon, substituting ham for something else of course.

That looks nice. If I was into chocolate, I'd really love those.


I made some sugar cookies today but they didn't come out that great. It was my first time baking cookies and it wasn't like I was doing it from scratch. I had some of those semi-homemade type things.

My first batch was a bit underbaked even though the edges were light brown and the second batch burned too quickly on the edges but i think the main reason that happened is because I used two different baking pans even though I left them in for the same amount of time.

I left mines in for 9 mins and got varying results because of the type of pan I used but still.

the green may look a bit not put together but it's my first time doing it.

I didn't spread it out as evenly as I should have.

In the picture, that is apple cinnamon pork chops with some ziti.

well I took that last picture with my new Nintendo 3DS and I don't think the quality is that great on the camera itself. I have to look up the specs for the cam.

Recently a friend told me about his girlfriend making a lasagna, and he asked her to make a chili one. The idea appealed to me greatly, and I can't understand why it never occured to me before.

I'm not usually a steak person but it was orgasmic! Having a chef for a housemate helps also.

Got the prosciutto and gruyere sandwich last night. re-heated well enough, not as good as fresh. If you live in southern california i implore you to head to this place, stand in the huge line out front and wait for it, just keep waiting, its worth it.

I ate scampi for the first time today, it was awesome.

It was just cheap ASDA scampi but I liked it, it makes me want to try some really good quality scampi
