I haven't had a crumpet but I believe that it is softer than a crumpet.

Are crumpets hard?

I've never heard of a flan cake. Lmao. It sounds so silly to me because we just call it flan.

Are they meant to say the same thing? I looked it up and it says Flan everywhere else is much different than it is in Latin American countries.

Yeah please do! I don't have a picture of my rainbow roll but it turned out okay and it was pretty tasty. I followed the instructions really carefully.

Yeah, sorry. It's just flan. The recipe said Flan Cake for whatever reason. But it was awesome anyways, so delicious.

This is kind of what my flan looked like on the inside:

Does anybody order from Graze? Not sure if it is available from anywhere other than the UK, but I adore them.

Oh okay! Yeah, I thought it looked was too similar to what I call flan! I think Flan Cake is an actual thing, but more spongey than the custard that Flan is!

Not hard, spongey and bouncey maybe? They are kinda hard and chewy before you toast them but once you've done that and got some butter on them then no.

The flan cake looks about the same consistency and texture as an egg custard.
