My Vegan Cookbook - StumbleUpon

Not mine, but I'm tryin' to make some of this this week. I'm off tomorrow and Wednesday and I'd like to spend the day cooking/baking tomorrow.

Yeah I think you are right about that. Red Lobster is to seafood what Olive Garden is to Italian food.


I had halibut for the first time this past weekend. I don't even think I've heard of that fish before but it's not bad.

I still would probably just stick with Whiting, Salmon, Cod and Tilapia

Red Velvet cookies, with cream cheese frosting in the middle
Made them for my boyfriend today. Some got a little burnt around the edges but they are heavenly.

I have this weird thing about cream cheese frosting. I can't get myself to like it. It grosses me out that it's sweet cheese.

Edit: But those look ****ing awesome nonetheless.
