yeah, I drink green tea every day also.

I would like to increase my fish intake but I'm super green on vegetables. I always make sure I eat veggies with whatever dinner I make.

Last night I made some orange chicken with white rice and I had carrots and spinach on the side.

Yeah man I'm the same now. I actually like almost all vegetables anyway - and I've found myself eating a massive variety recently. They're all good for your health, but from what I've read, spinach is about the best veg you can eat - so kudos on that choice!

I've had a nice pasta bake with cheese and sardines. Quite tasty actually!

I had a craving for a burger so for lunch I had a Diablo burger with some sweet potato fries and it was delicious. Now I'm fighting a food coma and baby.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

I should've taken a closer pic but that's supposed to be Meatball Parm. Sandwich

Pancakes with a strawberry topping. I made these for Valentines Day.

St. Patrick's Day dinner
Cabbage and Corned Beef with carrots.

I actually used regular corned beef and corned beef hash because I wanted the potatoes. I didn't have individual potatoes to make with it so that had to do.

I made some beef tacos friday night and the meat from that lasted all of today, Saturday. I had it for lunch and dinner.

I made Egg McMuffin for my saturday breakfast. It came out surprising well.

I am actually obsessed with food - the preparation, chefs, designs, tastes, kinds - everything about it. I am always watching the food network and trying new things. Sadly, the only thing regarding food that I am good at is eating it. In particular, desserts. I love chocolate, probably more than anyone should. I eat myself sick with chocolate. I will have it in any shape or form. I think it is all just fascinating. There are very few things that I will nto eat and not love. I am the opposite of a picky eater.
