I made some GBC with canned whole gb's, fresh portobello's, a whole yellow onion, French's crispy fried onions, Campbell's mushroom soup, seasoned with salt/pepper, garlic powder, and dash or two of nut meg. Gonna top it with sharp cheddar tomorrow and melt it just before turkey time.

now that i'm nearing 30 my family trusts me with real assignments and not just ****ing garlic bread like every other year lol

roasted brussels, carrots, parsnips, turnips, and garlic with ginger, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper.

cost me $25 BTW

Sauteeing them with shallots is pretty bomb too.

Just a reduction made from balsamic vinegar, sugar, and triple sec that I tossed the brussels sprouts in after they were done roasting.
