 Kay, I picked my favourite pictures. These are stuffed Portobello Mushrooms. They're stuffed with Zuchinni, Red Bell Pepper, Mozzarella, Panko Bread Crumbs, Garlic, Onion, the mushroom stem and prolly other stuff I can't remember. It tasted SOOOOO good, and I'm kind of proud of myself. Sorry some of the pictures aren't so good, I took them with my phone in bad lighting.

I have always wanted to make stuffed portabella mushrooms....I think next time I go shopping i will gather up the ingredients and report back with how mines turned out.

I had a bad first experience with portobello mushrooms, they put some disgusting **** on the ones at school, like some bitter spice/sauce. It looks good but it does NOT taste good, and every time I look at it I get tricked into tasting it and it's hooorrrriiiiibbbbbbble. Anyway, those stuffed mushrooms were really good.

those mushrooms look delicious. cheese stuffed ones put under the grill wrapped in tinfoil are my favourite. mmmmmm <3.

 Pasta with sauteed onions, garlic, peppers, and tomatoes. Kinda the same ingredients as the mushroom but this one is my mom's creation, not from a book. I made it this time around, though, and it came out really good. On top, I put some spinach and I sprinkled mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese. So good.
