Kay, I picked my favourite pictures. These are stuffed Portobello Mushrooms. They're stuffed with Zuchinni, Red Bell Pepper, Mozzarella, Panko Bread Crumbs, Garlic, Onion, the mushroom stem and prolly other stuff I can't remember. It tasted SOOOOO good, and I'm kind of proud of myself. Sorry some of the pictures aren't so good, I took them with my phone in bad lighting.

I had a bad first experience with portobello mushrooms, they put some disgusting **** on the ones at school, like some bitter spice/sauce. It looks good but it does NOT taste good, and every time I look at it I get tricked into tasting it and it's hooorrrriiiiibbbbbbble. Anyway, those stuffed mushrooms were really good.

Pasta with sauteed onions, garlic, peppers, and tomatoes.
Kinda the same ingredients as the mushroom but this one is my mom's creation, not from a book.
I made it this time around, though, and it came out really good. On top, I put some spinach and I sprinkled mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese. So good.

Those are plated nicely. I can't plate very well. I did make poor man's tarragon chicken though, and it was fantastic.

is plating that hard? it doesn't seem like it imo.

granted the pics I took weren't plated well at all because I wasn't thinking about that when taking them.
