I didn't get a good sear like last time, but it was still really good. Gotta find some middle ground with the heat.

todays apple buying went accordingly:
- 15 Big Granny Smith apples
- 7 Big Honey Crisp apples
- 10 normal size Honey Crisp apples
- 9 normal size Pommes apples (french word for apple)

Had a pizza at the weekend. It had a stuffed crust, and it was from Domino's. I chose stuffed crust based on that argument on here about it being crap. It was actually great. Would eat again.

Was a large BTW.
