Just soak your dry beans or legumes the night before you plan to use them. They cook way quicker that way.

Sounds gross when you put it like that

But I don't mind livers and such. When we get duck at christmas, I go for the heart if my dad doesn't get there first.
That weird digestive organ that birds have, that I don't know what to call in English, is also pretty delicious.

I don't usually like stuff like that, don't like liver and don't like steak and kidney pie. Tastes like metal. This is very good though. I also love f@ggots.
