having chicken tonight because i need to be responsible and eat what i buy. i literally only eat what i buy. i eat every last food item in the apartment and then finally go buy meals. been munching on carrot and apples alot. ive been chilling on how many granola bars i take in.

but the biggest Foodbox banter id like to add is that, the Stubbs BBQ Spicy kind is what i bought today

its only 5grams of sugar per serving(still crazy but less than 17 grams from sweet baby rays)

and stubbs wasnt bad, it just tasted like a non thick arbys sause. but im fine with that if its less sugar because the sugar is ALL from high fructose corn syrup. which makes since why its thicker...

Made cottage pies yesterday. Three. As it is that weather now. This is good autumn food.

Frozen some of the gravy in a bag to make another pie in future, and ate a second pie earlier, and then three mince pies and cream.

This place is orgasmic. They make a pork pie that is second to none on the planet.

Found a supposed legit recipe that I'm gonna try this weekend. If I can get even 90% close I'll be major happy!

I've known the dad Kenny for over 50 years. Every time I'm back there we hook up and have some laughs.
