Both the mustard and hot sauce are really, really top shelf. The mustard is quite a bit hotter than Colman's but still has great flavor. His hot sauce includes pimientos, which gives it this really unique flavor.

Just dipped my finger in it for now. Gonna buy some dogs and buns tomorrow and add a bit of relish. Got my grill set up so I'm gonna char the **** out of the dogs. Ooops. Forgot onions!

If you like ham sandwiches you could also try it with that. Most pork especially smoked + steak.

Ham, swiss, and mustard sammys for the win!

I have an awesome slow cooker bone in pork chop recipe that I'm gonna try and marinate the chops up front with the mustard. Chops sit on top of onions, peppercorns, stock, and apples and when done just fall apart with a fork.
