Rack = Crispy Fried Chicken.

Paper Towels = Fried Chicken killed by steaming.

I'm splitting hairs here but Rack >>>> Paper.

Scrambled. First time I've ever cooked anything on a stove. Put some salt and pepper on it. Tasted like success.
