But for the fans of Indian cuisine I recommend getting some Kasuri Methi for cooking with. Really an excellent ingredient to add to your cupboard.

He's a professional chef from the UK. Is he doing it wrong?

I love vinegar, that didn't seem like a lot to me at all.

Also, I love his kitchen and cookware..
