I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

New England style Mandarin Steak Teriyaki.

2 lbs flank steak trimmed and cut into strips
Be sure to cut on the bias against the grain of the meat

Marinade
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup water
2 tbsps. molasses
2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp ginger powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion power
Mix together and marinate the steak strips for at least 8 hours
Set your broiler on high and cook 4-5 minutes on each side on the highest rack position.
Keep an eye on it so they don’t burn.
If you are going to use wooden skewers be sure to soak them in water first.

Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Large boneless/skinless chicken breasts.
Generously season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear each side for about 5 minutes in a slighty oiled smoking hot pan.
Let cool and then slice them almost all of the way in half edgewise.
Mix room temperature sour cream with salt, pepper, and chopped chives.
Stuff the breasts and then set them on top of the sliced potatoes and carrots in a crock pot.
Add about a half cup of chicken stock to the crock pot before adding the veggies.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Don't make me bust out my Instagram cooking pics.

Also anytime someone says "you people". It always feels like prejudice is flowing through them.

That recipe sounds amazing, Chula.

I'd like to make this, but alas, I don't have a pressure cooker.
The pizza I made yesterday was acceptable, however I'm definitely making my own crust next time. (I can't continue to use premade Pillsbury crusts and the like; what am I, a savage?)

djchameleon, what's your cooking instagram?

Speaking of which, I've seriously considered starting a food instagram, but rather than posting only immaculately arranged meals, I'll solely post poorly-lit photos of the unappetizing and sad-looking things I eat at 3 am (classics like cereal eaten out of a coffee mug, stale rice cakes + nutella eaten off a tupperware lid in lieu of a plate, etc. )
