cut the heart into large cubes
cut 1 onion 1 tomato into small cubes (i think theres a word in english for cutting things into tiny cubes but i can't remember it rn) cook alll the cubes together then add salt and pepper then add 1 SPOON of samneh (sorry i don't know what samn is in english. its like fat but melted into an oil kind of??? but it tastes so good ANYWAY) then add all ur fave spices cuz i guess this is different depending on ur taste???? yeah then just let it cook for 20 MINUTES THEN EAT IT WITH BREAD OR MAKE A SANDWICH OR COOK SOME RICE???? bread is better. i like iranian bread.

I ate some of the cow's heart.
You get a ****ing load of meat for what you pay. I overestimated it and had about four steaks worth for one meal. Have two more bags of it this size. I just salt and peppered it, olive oil and fried it like a steak. Try it guise it's unbelievable value for money. Gonna try fish heads soon. |
