Naw, liver and onions are awesome. When cooked with onions and garlic, you only really smell the onions and garlic, which is some goodness right there. Making me hungry.

Never had Tripe, but I've had Chitlins. Some dam nasty shit, but I still ate it. Hmmm, reminds me of this:

I cant deal with tripe, chitlins, pig ears, feet or snout. All things that my mother was into.
