I actually don't like liver, had it a few times and thought it was disgusting. Same with kidney, I can't really eat steak and kidney pies as the taste of the kidney puts me right off.

These taste like very soft pork meatballs with seasoning in. The texture and the gravy is the best bit.

I love haggis as well.

Liver isn't too bad if it's cooked right. My mother used to make some slamming liver with sauteed onions and garlic. It was delicious. I wouldn't eat liver from anyone else though.

Do you not think the liver has a strong flavour to it though?
