Hahaha, it's pretty tough to be humurous in a different language.
It's normal to call buildings or cars or whatever 'fotogeniek' (photogenic, obviously) here

This is what I'm drinking tonight and at least several future nights...

My cash is running low so I'm slumming with Jim tonight. I expect this lowdown affair will last quite a while because he's pretty damn tasty after a few swigs. Maker's Mark will have to find another partner until I prove myself worthy. Meanwhile, Jim is my new best friend.

I'm looking to get a whiskey for the weekend but I don't know what I should get to try.

Bourbon , scotch or there is another one but I can't think of it at the moment. How is southern comfort?
