I usually try to shop around and get a different beer each time to try something out, but a few of the regular ones that I buy are Lagunitas's Maximus (and Lil Sumpin Extra when it's in season), Racer 5, whichever Stones look best/affordable (usually Ruination, Arrogant Bastard, or their regular IPA), and New Belgium's Rampant.

Tonight, I'm drinking a Christmas present from a workmate. Wine isn't my goto but it's pretty good.

Also have some of these saved for later (I'm hopeful since I love trippels and New Belgium generally).

Yea, same here.
Some wine can be pretty good!

Highly aromatic, nice citrus, and extremely hoppy.. Tasty as f*ck.

Flying Fish Grand Cru.. this is one of the best beers I've ever had. Smooth, nice taste that I could drink all night.

Mother Earth brewing, slowly becoming one of my favorites in the area.

Grabbing a sixer of Sweet Spot. Still have never grown a taste for Milk Stouts, not sure I will.

El Cerrito is the ****. Right by my work. Should inquire about his back east beers for the taking. Jazz usually stocks all kinds of killer stuff he rarely sells to the public.

stingo 01-15-2016 02:45 PM

More than likely some of Sole Artisan Ales' Artistry and Alchemy Imperial Maple Stout.

Mr. Charlie 01-19-2016 02:26 PM

Back on the mulled wine.

ChelseaDagger 01-19-2016 07:13 PM

Cheap Cali wine which may or may not be radioactive.

That is just the most disgusting looking **** this side of a third-world country.

Chula Vista 01-19-2016 09:36 PM

So, you've never eaten it?

Poutine is about as close to a BJ climax as anything else in life. Hands down.

But you have to be wasted drunk for the full effect.

The Batlord 01-19-2016 09:48 PM

Gravy and cheese curds on fries honestly makes me feel ill just looking at it. I'm just fine missing out.

DwnWthVwls 01-20-2016 05:31 AM

What about it grosses you out?

You can always get cheesy fries and dip them in gravy for basically the same result.

Cuthbert 01-20-2016 05:37 AM

It does seem a bit wrong tbh. Google images isn't doing poutine any favours either.

Deystorm 01-20-2016 05:41 AM

Just water, nothing else.
I am on a diet...

Gravy on fries sounds disgusting, and while I've never actually eaten a cheese curd, they do not at all look appetizing on that demon heap.

That's what light beer is for. I felt dirty just writing that, but I'm just sayin'.

Cuthbert 01-20-2016 08:43 AM

You have gravy on mashed potatoes, roast potatoes... why not fried potatoes?

Combining it with cheese though l0l.

I also don't slather my fries in butter.

It's not even really about diet for me. (I'm already thin, just trying to come close to 10% body fat now.)
I just stopped drinking and doing all other such stuff for now. Let's see how this plays out.

Gotta try this if you haven't Frownland. hitting at ten percent and tasting like a watermelon jolly rancher. 5/5

Frownland 02-02-2016 11:45 AM

That sounds ****ing awesome. How does it compare to the regular dorado?

Snowless 02-02-2016 11:46 AM

Pepsi max and hot chocolate.

Washes out some of the bitter hops, but it stills knocks you on your ass and the watermelon is outstanding in flavor. I'd say this surpasses the pineapple sculpin but is just a step below the grapefruit as my favorite.
