Yeah I'm diabetic and have slowly been switching over to diet and zero sugar options when it comes to drinks. It is taking some time to get used to.

yeah majority of the time yes. I have no issue with high quality H20 but sometimes I just like a different flavor profile so I resort to the diet crap.
