I've been on a Hazy IPA tear lately. My usual is Hazy Hero (Revolution) but I was at a bar in Rockford over the weekend and had a real good one:

I like hazies but hate how they're dominating the market since they're cheaper to make when you don't have to filter it.

Been on a Paris 75 (champagne/gin/lemon, I also add a bit of benedictine) kick lately.

I'm drinking a beer called Phoque Datte. The name literally translates to seal date, as in the fruit. It sounds better in French though. It's a stout. It's one of the best beer names out there. It tastes pretty damned good too.

I've had that cocktail, but here it was referred to as a French 75. Very refreshing and delicious for summer.
