I had this a couple nights ago at a friends house who's a bartender and recommended it. His wife is too. Not sure if that translates to getting something good though since this was kinda meh on flavor but packed quite a wallop in the buzz factor at 11.2%.

im going to switch to taking pre-workout once a day again.. because of batlord is right, buying monster all the time is silly. making your own energy drinks with pre-workout is safe at first..... BUT. its powder and ive had my times with that stuff, can be dangerously addicting because of whats in it

its cheaper though :/
