i bought a 3rd can of rehab monster ill pace it out all day with water so i dont get a headache like i always do but i normally drink a coffee and two rehabs, 3 rehabs.


l remember to buy lemon juice at aldis and now ive been drinking the hecks outta it. so im drinking water with lemon juice in it

If it gives you headaches then it's probably not healthy for you and you should just drink water.
