Next time you try out see if you can find something that me or Fred are raving about. Those Laguitas IPAs are alright but their seasonals are way better.

Not a huge fan of reds tbh, but Karl Strauss's Red Trolley is pretty great.

I'm looking for a non-hoppy red ale, if anyone has some recs, since that was similar to the Insanely Bad Elf beer I had last time I did this. That was fantastic.
Same company. This is a really good one and I also recommend Boont Amber Ale from Anderson Valley.

The Lucky 13 is a fantastic red.

I'll see if they have any of those down the street at the liquor store. Gonna grab something to sip while I watch the Bears lose today. Danke.

Spent an extra ten bucks to upgrade to a 12 pack of Heineken. I feel classy. Unfortunately I'm two-and-a-half beers in and don't feel much of anything. This might have been a mistake.

that's one of the only Lagunitas beers that I don't really like. Do you normally drink craft beer? because if you don't, most will probably be really bitter. How about an 'Amber ale'? They are similar to red ales. Look for Alaskan Amber Ale.

I'm used to six 16oz beers with 9% alcohol. I'll have to drink these faster than I'm used to to keep up. I'm still happy to be drinking booze that tastes decent, but it's still a tradeoff.
