Drinking some of my famous essay juice. Here's the recipe:
however much ****ing coffee you want (early morn and late eve cases require more)
Whiskey to taste/preference (I usually just do a shot or so, sometimes less)
Optional: whipping or heavy cream (I usually skip this but I'm a coffee junkie and an alcoholic. Whatever works for you, you are free to do.)

It works, even if you don't finish the essay because at least you're drunk at the end.

Just banged some vodka into half a 1.5 litre of Raspberry soft drink........Results are pleasing.

I work in South Sudan so the most common beers (I'm a beer drinker) are Tusker Malt, Tusker Lager, White Bull Lager and Heineken
