Shiner Bock. A decent microbrew out of Texas a friend introduced me to on Friday. I need to cleanse my body of all the shitty PBR I drank this weekend because that's the only thing bars in my town seem to serve anymore.

Yes you do. Clean that crap out right this instant young man. I've had Shiner, it's pretty good, but not something I'd buy again.

I live in a college/hipster/redneck town and if there's something all three groups agree on, it's cheap beer is good. It's amazing how many bars do $3 cans, which is a decent deal if you're going out and only want to spend $20. But yeah, it's still not something I particularly like, but it does allow me to go out on the weekends and not break the bank in doing so.

Just buy a 30 pack of Busch ($13.99), and put a couple in your pockets, or do like I do and get a backpack. A decent backpack will hold more than a 12 pack ($5.99). On a decent night, I'll grab a buddy or two and hit some bike trails.

I don't go to bars much. Never really been a fan of em.

I envy how cheap beer is in other parts of the world. A 12 case of an average cheap domestic here costs about 22 bucks.

Oh I know, I was no stranger to a 6 pack of Dude Beer from BC Liquor when I was still living in Vancouver because it was the cheapest thing in the store. Occasionally I'd get an 8-pack of Lucky Lager as well because of the two additional beers.

I could never survive in Canada. The price of Cali micro twelve packs would bankrupt me. I haven't had a lucky lager since high school, but the puzzles were alot of fun.

You think that's bad, if you're a smoker and you don't feel like smoking Peter Jacksons or Players you're going to be paying around $10/ pack depending on where you go.

Moral of the story, vices are expensive.
