Ah ok, so you have a good selection of pubs that will stock imports and ales. Well yeah, if you want to try some wheat beers then getting a hold of some Erdinger shouldn't be an issue. Keep an eye out for Vedett White, Schneider Weisse and Weihenstephaner. You can actually find a few American ones fairly easily now too.

You should be sampling some local beer dammit! Wheat beer is loved by the Germans but I can't stand it personally, sits far too heavy with me.

I hope the U.K weather is living up to it's usual eclectic standards for you

They are back. The best Imperial IPA to ever grace the planet. Prepaid for two gonna pick those up and Bobs Tart of Darkness hopefully Wednesday if i get the time. Anybody who loves a hop wallop of flavor and distinct savory ingredients should check this beer out. Don't feel like driving there til Wednesday, so its Mongo Monday.

I've had a few bottles of Meantime Pilsner and I'm hooked. Tap wise I've stuck to Guinness as it's one of my favorites and tastes far better here than imported.

The weather has been lovely up until the last two days. Poor choice to visit the countryside, too. Froze my ass off.

Nowhere near North Yorkshire, sadly. Been mostly in and around London the whole trip.

Still lots of great beer to choose from. I like most of Smiths stuff. Smithwicks is another good irish ale if you see it give it a shot. I remember stumbling and bumbling home after about five pitchers one night from Ye Olde Ship Inn.

Winter Welcome is a great beer. "Blessing of your heart you brew good ale". Always loved that Shakespeare quote on the bottle.

The usual for me. 10 points for anyone who can guess it without using the search feature.
