last night....needless to say i crashed on my friends couch
^very tasty but REALLY sweet....i would honestly call this a desert beer ^very similar to the beer above with a nice hint rosemary....much better but still very sweet ^now this is my kind of beer.... |

that much choice and you go with this? I like this scotch personally, but given a choice I would probably go with something with a higher price tag, and no less than 18 years.

Thats a 90 dollar bottle right there, i'm sure he wasn't trying to gouge the guy for an 18 year bottle. Either way the 12 is just fine for me, albeit the taste isnt as refined as your suggestion.

oh yeah, I am a scotch drinker. I know the price tag. I was just thinking when dealing with a company worth over a billion dollars, no need to feel cheap. Especially since you cooked for them.
Was in the catering business for a while, know about the high ranking people you can cook for.

also, I do not know. That one was good, but didn't wow me like others. It was good and palatable, but didn't leave me wanting to get it again. But still a good single malt. But I would probably go with a Dalwhinnie, Cragganmore, Oban or Legavulin over it. But that is just me.
